Diamond Sponsors may be allocated prime hospitality areas. Only space will be provided and the Companies will have to decorate these areas & plan the activity as per their choice, at their own cost.

Diamond Sponsors who would like to sponsor any one of the following activities will need to bear the total expenses to be called the SPONSOR of the individual activity / event. This will be done on first come first serve basis. -- Welcome / Inaugural Dinner ( Nov. 23, 2007 ) : Rs. 35 Lakhs
-- Musical Night & Dinner ( Nov. 24, 2007 ) : Rs. 45 Lakhs
-- Lunch on any of the conference Days : Rs. 25 Lakhs / day (Subject to upwards revision on any bill) -- Delegate Kit / Gift
If the level of contribution of the Diamond Sponsor is less than the total cost of an individual event, they will be termed as Co – Sponsor of that event e.g. CO-SPONSORED by ______________________________

Names of all Diamond Sponsors will appear on the Website, Souvenir & Welcome Delegates Panel at a location, which will be decided by the Organizing Committee.

3. Pearl Sponsors: Rs. 10 Lakhs & Above.
» Pearl Sponsors will be allocated a Pavilion 5m x 5m in area in the exhibition area.
» The Pearl Sponsors will have the option of having their corporate visibility in any one of the following activities, on first come first serve basis.

4. Exhibition Stall: Rs. 5 Lakhs & Above.
Companies paying a sum of Rs. 5 Lakhs will be allocated an exhibition stall of area 3m x 3m.

Companies are welcome to advertise in the Conference Souvenir, as per the following tariff:
