We feel proud and happy to announce that we have been entrusted with the privilege of hosting the 35th Annual Conference of the RSSDI in Kolkata from 23 rd to 25 th November 2007.
Science City, the attractive techno park of Kolkata, which provides multi auditoriums with state of the art facilities amidst lush green and pristine surroundings located on the eastern fringe of the city, has been selected as the conference venue.
During end November the weather in Kolkata would be quite pleasant. It would neither be too hot nor too cold. It hardly ever rains in this season. The marigolds, azaleas, petunias, hollyhocks would be in full bloom and one can look forward to a very comfortable stay.
In addition to a wonderful scientific programme lined up with reputed national and international faculty which should provide adequate intellectual gratification, we promise to give you a taste of delectable Bengali cuisine, a glimpse of Bengal's rich cultural heritage and a first hand experience of true Bengali hospitality.
Whatever grand preparations we may make, RSSDI 2007 will only be successful if you all turn up in large numbers and share your scientific knowledge and professional expertise with all of us.
So friends, please block the dates in your planner and register as early as possible. Please feel free to get in touch with us for any clarification and help.
